Halley and the band have released Money Ain’t Got Time, recorded Live. Halley came by to talk about her pandemic year, the difficulties of not being on stage and the music on this new album.

Eddie returned to The Couch to talk about the new album, Little Black Flies. We spent some time talking about the recording session and the music and also on his plans for the future.

Reverend Shawn and I misconnected in the beginning but then hooked up and talked about this recording, his feelings on touring and what is next for he and the music as we played the songs from The Cause Of It All.

Anthony and Larry Batiste came by to talk about Not In My Lifetime, the last album from Wee Willie Walker. We played some tunes, we talked about the recording session and Anthony spoke about his upcoming year.

Guy released Be Ready When I Call You on June 4th and he came back. We talked about his world and the music on this album and how he is looking at the future.

Dave will be releasing his debut album, Relish, on June 25th on Gulf Coast Records. He and I had a great talk about his career journey and where he is going in the future.

Jimmie returned to The Couch to talk about the world around him today and the new album, I’m Hungry. Plus we spoke about the book he wrote with his daughter and he gave us the late night munchies with his songs.

Tom returned to The Couch to talk about his last two months touring around Florida and the new album, Good Man Gone Bad. We discussed his thoughts on the future and more.

Wildroots Records is the incubation chamber for Stephen Dees, Patricia Dees and Victor Wainwright. They have just released Wildroots Sessions Volume 1 and I got to speak with Victor and Stephen (with Patricia in the background) about this enormous project and their worlds and more.

Chris took his first seat on The Couch and what a great time! Chris is such a fun, affable gentleman and we explored his beginnings and more, while we listened to tunes from Raisin’ Cain.
GABE STILLMAN
Gabe finally took his seat on The Couch to speak about his career, the last few years since he showed who he is at the IBC and the album, Flying High, which he recorded with The Nighthawks. Always a blast to be around Gabe.
